“Religion” Not AllowedTrent Gilliss, online editor
Doing a bit of last-minute holiday shopping at Best Buy (uh, yes for the family grin), I was sizing up some nifty little netbooks and did what I usually do: launch a browser window and type in “http://speakingoffaith.org”. Yes, I live an anxious life, fearing the site isn’t rendering properly, there are broken links, video streams poorly, and the list goes on.
But, I was surprised to see that a big box retailer won’t allow a public radio site that covers religion through it’s gateway. I’ve been able to bring up the site at many other stores like Sears and Apple and Target. Well, I’ll run home now to verify everything’s up to par.
